I understand that ALL of the vehcles have a minumum bid from a scrapper of just under scrap price; so if that little Chevette doesn't bid past a couple of hundred, for example, the scrapper gets it.

I heard a rumor that there's a big car auction in Kneebraskee this weekend. Anyone else heard about it?

I wouldn't have given that much for the Chevette when it was new.
    Oh right. It is new!:slap:
I notice that these vehicles are spaced nicely to prevent door dings. Maybe they weren't all these years because apparently some have been under trees.

Supposed to rain up there tomorrow. I can't imagine the friggin' chaos that will result in trying to extricate these gems from the muck. It ought to be quite amusing to see.

Gosh it's so hard to decide.:49: Both are clean and white, as is the Corvair next to the Chevette.
It really does appear like these vehicles have been moved to a cleared dirt area. Otherwise known by tomorrow after the rain as muck!
Our grand daughter says we are welcome to stay with her in Omaha but I can't park any old cars in her front lawn. :disagree:

And she's a grand daughter too! Good thing we love our great grand daughter or we'd never speak to the grand daughter again! Silly uneducated girl!

I'm having a hard time understanding all the hubbub about the Lambrecht auction. These are (for the most part) all crapped-out vehicles. The only things not crapped-out are the odometer readings......

Some of the trim and bolt-on pieces might be reusable.........
