Well I'm old enough to remember, and I miss him. We need another president like Reagan to replace the idiot who has the job now.

    I'm old enough to remember.
He was an intelligent man with a healthy curiosity.
He really believed that he was doing things to make our nation stronger and better.
    For that, I admire him.
But he set the wheels in motion that drove us to the brink of another great depression.
Today, crazy people invoke his name to add legitimacy to their insane ideas.
For that, I don't miss him one teeny tiny little bit.

Doesn't matter. I grew up with stories about how great President Reagan was. I've spent my entire life hearing about all the great things he did and believe we need another man of similar quality in office.

Just about anything's better than what we're dealing with today.

Ronnie was always my favorite Prez and this is coming from a Canadian. He always came across as being genuine, unlike most of the lot that held the office. He always had far more guts than most of them and with a sense of humor.

Well this hopefully will not sound political, but I sure love mid ‘80’s Ford and GM big cars. They were so right sized, and luxurious. That for me adds to the whole Reagan nostalgia.

Ya know Bill - the 80s did have some interesting rides. We like to rag on 80s cars, but it was perhaps the last decade that (at least the first half) you could get colors and body styles and order a car to your taste. And by the mid-80s you were starting to see performance come back to decent levels, especially by 88-89.... I tell our boys that the 80s weren't so bad - we did have some pretty cool clothes and music. And the cars? T-Bird Turbo coupe, Mazda RX7, 81-83 Imperial, Blinged-out New Yorker turbos, Gen 1 and 2 Supras, RWD GM B/C-bodies, Lincoln Mark 8 - oh yeah, we had some neat stuff.....
