This car reminds me of my first car which was a 82 Caprice Classic. There's just more of this one to love! I just got it today and paid $100 for it and wasn't expecting a whole lot. It runs well enough and has most of the pieces in good condition which surprised me. The interior is what gets most people that look at it honestly. I've had people (even though I've only had it for a day) that laughed at the outside, then saw the burgundy leather interior in great shape and changed their opinion. It wasn't my first choice for a car but it's definitely growing on me by the minute. I was born in '82 so this car is going to be like my little brother... that I feed gas and ride around in... hmmm. In any case I'll find some pics soon!

:Welcome: I can't wait to see it. A San Jose car should be pretty solid.

My father-in-law lived on the east side on Farringdon Dr. and he had a two door 62 Falcon wagon back in the day. What a POS. Ha Ha. He was helping us move to another apartment and literally ordered me on the 101. I was in favor of the streets and lower speeds in the ole wreck. Once up to about 45 mph the knocking got pretty bad. Finally the tail shaft broke off the transmission. Of course I had to say "I told you so". I think I was more pee'd off about it and it was his car.:biglaugh:
