My ‘81 Caprice about to exit the paint shop. Removed the lower body trim, as these panels seem to be rust magnets. Not sure about the look but I think I’ll get used to it. Painter decided to do the door window edges in black. Color from 1979. Emblems, and a modest pin stripe going on once I get her back in my garage, and then she’s a daily driver, except for when it snows. Thanks to member wagonlein for the doors off his Pontiac wagon.
Thanks. I think it’s looking pretty sharp. This car was tan, as delivered from the factory, when I bought it 20 years ago. The medium green color was an option for 1978 only.
