'72 Buick Estate Wagon - Loaded to the max!!!

Relative of mine in VA spotted a green on green, '72 Buick Estate Wagon, loaded to the max! I am awaiting more info on it. I talked to him as he inspected it and I asked what all options it has and it seems to be loaded to the max!!! Auto-climate A/C, 3rd seat, AM-FM 8-track, woodgrain, custom interior, speed alert, light monitors, cornering lights, bumper gaurds/strips, finger-tip wiper control, power gate, power windows, power locks, cruise, tilt, power seat, trailer package, luggage rack, rear defog, etc! Sounds like my dream car, but probably not going to happen.

Still considering trading my wagon for the 100% rust free, 1970 Buick Estate Wagon, still trying to research to see if adding a 3rd seat is possible and how hard adding woodgrain is. Thats all thats stopping me from trading. I cant make myself like the dash on the 70 Buicks, but I think I can get past it. I think.
