This one "sold" twice on e-bay in December. First time for $15,000 then a week later for $14,000 after first buyer backed out. It got an engine facelift and went to auction in Kissimmee and sold for $13,000 yesterday. Nice car, but no air or 9 passenger, but low mileage possibly. Tells a little about the market maybe. http://www.hemmings.com/classifieds/cars-for-sale/chevrolet/caprice/1800703.html
Me too. This one has some boo - boos, but it looks quite original. I'm still trying to figure fair prices for these vintage chevy wagons....4 months ago when I started looking, I wasn't sure where they were in real world pricing. Learning a lot lately. I figured I could get me a big block original for about 20k. Wrong.
This wagon looks great. As far as prices I'd say if you spend that much money you'd better hope the vehicle is in good shape and you are planning on driving it for a few years.
I agree. Gives an idea of what a nice no air car in Florida sold for in January. Hope the buyer was there and saw the car in person.
