As suggested, I'm starting a progress thread on this wagon I pulled from an Avocado grove in Camarillo, Ca. It sat there for 15 years, had all the trim, bumpers and lights pulled and stored. The progress will be slow, depending on funds of course.
It's a 6 seater, but hoping to find 3rd row. 2 barrel 383 w/ 727 torqueflight trans. Body is straight no accidents, but rust on rear lower quarters and tailgate.
Engine spins with no problems. Working on getting started here soon. Major cleaning of interior in process.
Plans are to keep mostly stock with some nice 60s mags and a few bolts ons to the engine. We'll see how this goes.

So I got the engine to turn over, but not start. Looks like the carb needs a rebuild. So I picked up a used holley 4 barrel and edelbrock intake for cheap. Let's see how this goes?

Awesome! It's beginning to look like a proper hotrod grocery getter.
