Andy! Look! He's got a real garage to work in! For at least 2 cars. And no Area 51! :rofl2:

From the pics, I can tell you're serious about the resto. Best of luck with it; can't wait to watch the progress and see the finished product.

I stripped the car down as far as what the pictures show. Then I put the body outside while I worked on the loose panels. The body and all the susp will be coming off to be redone, every last nut and bolt will be redone. I shaved the emblems and the side trim off but am leaving the door handles and locks and mirrors on. All the loose panels are in second primer ready to paint. I am currently working on the hood. I will be making a 68 Camaro Yenko hood scoop and welding it on the hood. What do you think about that? Google 68 Camaro Yenko and take a look. More later, just taking a break, gotta get back to the shop, doing a customers 67 GTO, really cool.

This is where I plan on positioning the hood scoop. I think the 68 Yenko Camaro scoop will fatten the car up. With the body being so long and lean a scoop will do a good job of balancing the car out.

Some past pictures of what I've done so far. Hope to start on the hood this weekend.

I think that will look good, too.
Here's a really quick and dirty photoshop to help visualize it.

I like that scoop with the '65. Everyone with a Chevy seems to want to do a cowl hood. Nice to see something different.

And that was a quick and dirty photoshop?
Can't wait to see one of your regular ones............

Steve-E-D that is really cool. I wish I had mad computer skills like that. I actually have that yellow wagon in my picture file. Yeah, that will be cool. Thanks Steve-E-D I really appreciate it.

Thats what I was thinking. Everyone puts a cowl on (not that there's anything wrong with that) their hood. I just wanted to be different.

I have to say Steve and Chad that Yenko scoop really sets off the 65 wagon.
