64 falcon wagon Deluxe

    Well after a starter and some new cables we got it running:). But it was skipping on 2 cyls. No compression on #1 and #5 fouled. So I pulled the head to find a burnt valve on #1 and deep scratches in #5 cyl wall :mad:. So I guess the first thing to do is to find a good 200 somewhere to put in it. I am not going to spend 1500.00 to rebuild this one. So I guess I will get started on the Brakes and look around for a motor.:(

    Hey - as long as you're looking for a different motor, why not upgrade to a 250 cu in ? Get a bit more oomph.......

    I like the 200, but I will keep an open mind. Depends on what I can find(y)
