Always liked these 2 dr wagons. Remember one I looked at in Englishtown NJ Swap meet about 12-15 years ago. Orig black car 300HP 327 car........should have bought it!!!! So many got away, could not buy them all.

Turning out really nice............hoping to see photos of it when it is finished. Good luck and keep up the good work!!!!

    Nice work.

Got a quick question, as i plan on doing the tank relocation after Christmas.
How did you hang the tank?
    did you add cross members?

    TY
    Reggie

Your wagon looks awesome! Are those steel wheels the 17" and 18" you talked about earlier? What sizes are those?

Actually, the 2 dr wagon was discontinued in Jan. 65 after a run of about 1800.
    The '66 you've seen was a 64 with a 66 nose - made for TV.
    Had a '65 with a 396 - regret selling it to this day - Z-16 clone?
Tailgate w/s is the same as all 64-65 GM A-body wagons - I used a t/gate from a Buick as I wanted a power rear - manual is a PIA!

    :Welcome: aboard Gary!
I like the progress you're making on your wagon. It's looking goood! I've always been a fan of the '64-'65 2-dr 300 series wagons.
That's going to be one strong frame between the boxing and cross bracing.
    I love the big steelies.
Also dig your bugs. I was always a huge VW fan. I've owned a share of Type 1's, II's, and III.

    Jack:)
