Body is a '59 Ford. Doesn't explain it very well, but I guess the seller is saying it is sitting on a 2000 Lincoln Town Car frame. Has the Town Car dash and seats, too. Pretty close fit. The 1959 Ford wheelbase is 118.0" The 2000 Lincoln Town Car wheelbase is 117.7". So that's about 5/16ths off - close enough.

The seller's description's hard to look at (there isn't even any punctuation save for the periods to tell which engine's in it,) you made it a lot easier. Here are photos in case someone can't get to Craigslist: Looks like the interior's from the Lincoln too, I wonder if they wired up the air bag or bags: It looks like they didn't put seat belts in!
