This looks really, really cool. I can see it would make a great RV. http://www.ebay.com/itm/191885955229?&_trksid=p2041548.m738
I was just talking to my brother about doing this very thing today! How odd this would be posted on the same day!
My sister is lives In Sierra Vista and works at Fort Huachuca, probably drives by that hulk all the time. That was an RV, now it's a gutted out desert rat hotel waiting for a person with more money than brains to buy it. At maybe 7-8 MPG the last owner probably had to sell the interior to pay for diesel fuel.
7-8 MPG? Try about half that. It would make a tremendous RV, but you'd have to be light-packs-of-money-on-fire rich to be able to do it up properly, then be able to drive it.
Well I am. I'm starting on my second million. I can remember years ago when I wanted that bus. Still it's way too big and a pain to maintain and operate.
I usually take my Ivory and go outside when it rains. We have a tropical storm ready to hit any time now so I have to grab the shampo, soap, and my rubber duckie.
