May not be a bad idea, With the anti-smoking laws getting stricter all the time some cars could use outdoor smoking patios like the bars and restaurants have. I heard the Russians are developing a Vodka bar and outdoor smoking patio module for the international space station. I'm real worried about sneak atom attacks now.
