Hey its got A/C along with Power Steering and Brakes to go along with the full wheel covers. so not a stripper, heck it even has a passenger side mirror. These late model Granada's with the square headlights just always looked funny to my eyes, even when new.
Yeah, that has more than my dad's '78 Fairmont had. No P/S, no P/B, no A/C, just the rear defogger and a 2-door sedan, with a straight-six and 3-on-the-floor.
I am a FoMoCo supporter, but spending long amounts of time in this thing out here would be like spending time in a medieval torture device....
I just realized that it does NOT have A/C, that is a smog pump I mistook for an A/C compressor at the odd angle the picture is taken from.
I was going to look at the underhood pic, but apparently, it already sold. I had also had an '81 Fairmont 4-door, it had all the standard goodies including A/C, and the compressor was low-mounted on the I-6. So yeah, the one up top is a smog pump.
It did have A/C. I can no longer post the pic because the ad is gone. Bot the interior pic of the HVAC controls showed it did have A/C.
