1981 Caddy wagon

    I'd swear I read that same ad sometime before.
    Weren't these 500CI front wheel drive? We had a friend with around a 77 convertible that got somewhere like -5 miles to the gallon. Or maybe +5!:evilsmile:

    If you had an Eldorado of this vintage, then it would be front-wheel drive. All the rest back then were strictly RWD. The front-drive Deville / Fleetwood came out in 1985, much smaller, looked like this:

    This one for sale here is just a Cadillac box wagon (A/M coach-built). I think GM called the chassis the 'D body', versus the other makes B-body.

    The thing that makes this one extra nice is that it's not just a converted Chevy or somesuch with the Chevy drive train - it would have been titled as a Caddy and have the Caddy engine.
