The listing shows it was posted "20 hours ago" as of this writing, but it's a renewal of an ad that has been up for a while. Agreed that this car has some very usable parts, including the back glass, both bumpers, and the grille and other front-end trim. The wheel rims, if they're not too rusty, are unique to these cars and can be worth $50 to $100 apiece depending on condition. In this photo, it can be seen that there is another, similar-vintage, non-XS Toronado in pretty much the same color scheme right next to it. I can't pinpoint the exact year, but from what we can see of the rear end, it is a 1975 to 1978 model. Those four model years had pretty much the same rear end. His ad does mention that he has other 1970-1978 Toronado parts.
Well Jaunty you may have a little red wagon by the end of the day. Maybe you can make a Dallas to NM trip via Minnesota. Stranger things have happened.
