    These Castillians just don't look right. They look like a conversion done on the cheap.

    This one is probably the best of these I've seen........fantastic condition.
    If I was looking for a Cadillac wagon, I would hold out for a 'normal' conversion though.

    Looking at the way it's built, these 'Castillian' conversions would probably be about 1/3 of the labor for converting it to a clamshell wagon (maybe less). No need to change the floor pan or gas tank. The rear roof extension could even be Fiberglas. Cut out the sedan back glass and rear package shelf / upper rear body panel, trim out the trunk area, add the roof extension and hatch.

    This is all anyone needs to see to know how bad the 70's were: "500 CID V-8 Engine with EFI and 190 hp at 3,600 RPM"
