    Frankly, I have my doubts if would even make it across the border into the U.S., without some assistance.
    You also may have trouble with US Customs REJECTING the vehicle due to its condition (if they can legally DO that......)

    Maybe that’s what they mean by a cross country trip. It might make the 11 Mile trip from Canada to the US. Doubtful it would make it from NY to CA
