Whoever cared for this sure did care for it. That's car-show or museum quality.

It is a beautiful car. For all its options, it does not have a rear window defogger nor power seats, and it has the base AM radio, not that that wasn't an uncommon purchase back then, even for a higher-end car.

I do like the child seat. Shows the car is still being used for regular transportation.

He refers to it as "my" wagon throughout the ad. I wonder why he wants to sell it.

Come to think of it is this the same car as the one someone on the forum bought in the last few years? It's the same color and year and is low miles just like his.

I think it does have a power bench seat. I see no manual lever, and the tracks appear to have black power seat rail covers. That and the 98 door panels imply power seat controls in the driver's door arm rest.

Don't know how he gets away with a child seat in this car. In many states, putting it in the back seat without a shoulder harness would be illegal.

Pity about the "dash rash" on the driver's side. Besides that, an uber-clean cruiser.

Correct. It might have power seat, because if it did, it would be on the driver's interior armrest.

These wagons are approaching 40 years old (or older, for this one). They were a unique design, and GM vehicles in the 70's were not known for being that well put-together (especially the interior bits).

To find one that's perfect, you would have to go to a museum, and maybe even if you find one there, it's going to have something broken.

In my opinion, this one is about as good as you can expect to get from a used GM clamshell wagon.

If you are looking for a wagon, and like this one - don't pass it up.

Agreed - it get's no better looking for the price for a 1970s GM clam wagon!

Good looking car for a fair price! Only a bit of paint scraping/rust at the lower door frame and missing a picture of the engine bay.
I got both my kiddy seats on the third bench because they fall over on the second bench once you make a turn.

So the question remains: Is this one owned by someone here on the forum? It does look very similar if it isn't the same car as the one I'm thinking.
