Oh that's cool! Starsky and Hutch could double date with the chief and Huggy Bear.

Huggy Bear would have to sit in the way back, no?

Those tires look so out of place on that car. Needs more sidewall.

The wheels and tires are wrong for a Starsky & Hutch "tribute". Shouldn't they be slot wheels?

Also, for my money the stripe should go up the D pillar. I think it would have a more balanced look.

I like that. I'm not feeling the wheel and tire size either. Also, not digging the stripes on the tailgate.

Ha! Ha! I'm sitting here watching Starsky & Hutch episodes on the DVR and surfing the forum. I enjoy all the old cars and wagons as much as the show itself. I dig this wagon. (y)

nice wagon.. i am like the other posts the tires just dont look right..as far as paint i cant say much.. painting a car is a very personal thing..if we all did it the same it would be boring ... at 11,000 it makes me wanna drag my old ford out slap a orange paint job on it.. ha ha ha ha

I love the look of the 73-74 Gran Torinos. I know it's some kind of tribute but I'd ditch the check marks on the sides and find some better wheels/tires.
    Nice wagon for maybe $10,000.

I agree with you about the paint being a matter of personal taste, but in this case I thought the point was to make a wagon version of the Starsky & Hutch Torino. It's just my opinion, but I think this car misses the mark on a couple of points. I hadn't looked at the original listing, so I didn't see the tailgate. These stripes don't go with the Starsky & Hutch theme at all.

Even so, I wish my friend with the 2 Gran Torino Sports -- he's a big Starsky & Hutch Torino fan, as well -- was computer savvy. I'd email these pics; I think he'd get a kick out of them

Actually, yours would be more correct - the show used a '75/'76 Grand Torino Sport 2-door hardtop (not the sportsroof hardtop).

This guy's only about 30 years late for the Starsky and Hutch fad.....
Without the rolling stock and the paint job, this is a $6,000 wagon at best. I think it still is......
