I picked this up to be our family project car. This is similar to one I grew up with and wanted to have one to rebuild with my sons. I will continue to post pics as the project progresses.

I love it! Outside, looks like a derby car. Inside is very clean (Apart from the headliner). Good it's been saved. :) I really like the looks with the original rims/whitewalls, are those going to be kept?

I'll be looking forward to future updates.

I'm keeping the original wheels and hubcaps but they will not go on the car for now. I will keep them with the car so it always has the option to go back. for now, I wanted the look and ride of wider 15" wheels and tires. for now, we plan to keep the car as original as possible. we spend the last few weekends wokring on the engine. Cleaning, fixing leaks, more cleaning and some more cleaning... :) it was so nasty!

Great looking wagon! I see Plymouth couldn't help but add sporty touches to even their wagons. Tough looking front end, three-spoke steering, and even an aggressive stance. Very nice.

Amazing what a little elbow grease, cleaner and paint can do!

    Keep up the good work!

Great work man. Love that car. It is so tough looking, a real man-wagon. Those were some great touch ups and fixes.

Looking great! Love to see a car like this saved. Man the wheels and tires TOTALLY changed the look of the car! Keep the updates coming please, and good luck with the project!

    Looking real good.:)
The interior looks good too, that can be the single most expensive thing to do on a wagon if it needs repaired or replaced and you want to keep it all original.
Don't ask me how I know.:(

The paint came out pretty close... We also used the cutting cream he gave us and polished, clayed and waxed the car today. She is really starting to look like she used to back in her hay day :)
