    He calls it a Cutlass "Supreme" wagon, but it is not. The only flat-top A-body wagon offered by Oldsmobile in 1969 was in the base Cutlass line. It was not offered in the F-85, Cutlass S, nor Cutlass Supreme lines. I doubt any Cutlass wagon came with a hood ornament, either. That looks like something from the '80s.

    He does provide the VIN, which we can break down.

    336359M211918

    3 = Oldsmobile division
    36 = Cutlass V-8 (if it were a Supreme, these digits would be 42)
    35 = 2-seat station wagon
    9 = model year 1969
    M = Lansing assembly plant
    211918 = production sequence number

    The grills have been switched to the 4-4-2 grills from that year. It SHOULD look like this:

    It's likely it was modded for looks, or accident damage. Perhaps a previous owner was making a 4-4-2 wagon, but chickened out, or ran out of money?

    Just googling for pics of those wagons, it seemed to be a common mod. Quite a few like that.......
    I was shopping for one of these wagons way back around 1972, but didn't find the right one........
