    Value?

So what are they worth? Two nice examples with what looks to be nice paint and interior. Running and driving examples. Would it be crazy to pay 12-16k for either car? Trying to get a grasp on the wagon market before I buy one.

True value? I'd say impossible to tell. It would cost a fortune to restore either. The red one is just a bit better as better optioned with power windows, etc. Market determines ultimate value. Try to find another one.

Given good condition and good equipment levels, these are easily worth the $12,000 price being asked. Sharp cars, and sharp colours. If you really want a 68, this is probably the best way to go, because taking a so so car and making it nice is an expensive proposition

I'm confused! Not that that is a surprise! It shows two different wagons but only mentions one for sale. Are they both for sale?

In some of the pic's you can see some other vintage vehicles. Those of us that live on the east side of the country can only marvel at the oportunities on the west side. Especially if we once lived on the mostly rust free side.
    Is this a flipper?

I don't think he's a flipper at all. I know he's had the red '68 Country Squire for some time, and it really does have multiple legitimate movie and TV appearances.

The green wagon had been shipped to Belgium and brought back to CA. I had seen the photos of that wagon when it was for sale in Europe. It had a price tag of 15,000 Euros. Considering that wagon has made two trips across the atlantic, I can understand its price tag. I don't have much info about the red one.

Wouldn't necessarity call him a 'flipper', but he does buy and sell some. The area of Orange County where he lives is upper-middle class, maybe $800-900k houses. So, he's not hurting. Probably does this as more like a hobby.

Here's the red one in a bad movie called "Running with Scissors."
