It's in ChulaJuana? It must be stored in a high-security building or garage.

It has Pertronix points? I wasn't aware Pertronix *made* points.

Me either, thought the "point" of Petronix ignitions systems was to not have "points".

Last year for the FALCON Ranchero. The next year, Ford bolted on a Fairlane front sheet metal group. They were virtually interchangeable. I believe a lot of '66 Ranchero owners swapped front ends as well. The Fairlane looked A LOT better......

Honestly, the Falcon design looked a bit...simplistic. the Fairlane looked like business. And a Comet front end gave an air of class.

I certainly think the β€˜67 looks more fit. Ie the gap between hood and grill on the β€˜66 is nicely finished on the β€˜67 with the wrapped hood to the grill top. I understand it’s two different models, but you are right that bumping it up to the Fairlane model gave it a little more finished look.

I agree. Definitely prefer the Fairlane over the Falcon front end. I'm not gonna lie, if I had a 66 Ranchero I'd be looking for a 67 Fairlane front clip for it.
