Thanks, nik! I don't think many of us realize that there are that many old American wagons in Sweden. I know I didn't!
Well Fox, there´s a whole bunch of them and they are growing fast in popularity, but you can still get some fair prices if you know where to search. But if your looking for a nicely restored Caballero or a 59 Brookwood you have to pick up the big wallet
Nice pics! I've been to Sweden a couple of weeks ago. Nice country! And seen a lot of American cars there! (we went to the A-Bombers event and traveled around some, also been to a few junkyards). I like that avatar, isn't that from a Molly Hatchet album?
Glad you liked Sweden, I do too when it´s not raining or too cold. And yes, It´s from Molly Hatchet album and the artist is Frank Frazetta and the rider is called "Death Dealer". Scary stuff....
We had some rain during the A-Bombers weekend. But it could've been a lot worse. The rest of the week was fine weather. Ah yes, the Death Dealer, on his black horse. I love the cover art of Frank Frazetta!
Sweet pics!! Sadly i was on a dogshow that weekend, and didnt have enough money or the time to go there.. But i actually think i saw a glimse of my old chevelle 396 wagon on your gallery, so i am kind of glad anyhow.. HATE to see a car i enjoyed, and been forced to sell, for whatever reason cruise around when i ride the volvo.
