At the time I couldn't find a set of 5on5 spider caps so I had to make my own. I added some chrome bullets to the factory truck rally caps and got the look I wanted, I recently found bullet lugnuts to complete the look.

It was simple to do and the bullets were $9.99 each, the caps were free from my Dad who had a couple of sets sitting around. They were simple to put together, the center caps already have holes in them and the bullets are the same diameter.
