I hear you about the lack of nationalism, I live in an immigrant neighbourhood now and I know that July 1st is gonna be so much fun. New Canadians are great to be around, unlike the oil rich 2nd generation ones I've been around who love the American south so much they are starting to fake their accent.:slap:

Nah Hugh, I'm putting the screws in bi-directional threads to any of the parties.:rofl2:

You watch Law & Order SVU and see them fighting with their Child Service agencies and Foster care commerical system and then you see our tiny little province of 1.1 million with the highest incidence of child deaths by the provincial government's own agents of 286 aboriginal children from 3 months to 8 years old out of 8,600 aboriginal children in foster care. Something is very broken there. There's no giggling pin for the laughing shaft.

How many other areas where this kind of negligence and budget-cutting is hurting our Nation's and Provinces' countrymen? And not one civil or criminal charge?

8,000 people die annually in our hospitals because they don't clean up properly. Hospital errors, not doctor or surgical errors. Just too many deaths by civil servants under orders by elected twits.:taz:

Gotta remember that there are at least 6 world cities that have more population than all of Canada, and only one government above them. Not us! Heck we need 5 layers of high-priced egomaniacs telling us how they'll save our bacon and don't!

There! Thanks Hugh, I feel better for having vented.:rofl2:

If we're getting screwed up here you know it'll be in metric!
And then it'll cost twice as much to publish the report because it will have to be translated into French, for the 1 person in Quebec that might read it. :rant2:

That was one slick slap in the kisser, changing from our Canadian gallons (5 US quarts) to litres. Imagine if they quoted gas prices in Canadian gallons? Man they Feds would all be singing soprano.

A 'gallon jug' of milk is 3.83 litres, not even a US gallon, and costs $4.99?!?! It was $3.29 in January 2009, and went to $4.29 by March 2009. What caused that?

A lot of them drowned in these last few weeks of rain - they're teets up. The price hikes came before that.
