I saw the listing on that one, but had forgotten about your post, Doug. Glad you kept on top of things! Being a '78, what does it have in it for motorvation?
Thanks for the compliments guys! The deal on this one has been done for awhile, but the owner misplaced the title and had to get a new one (can't import it to Canada without it) which delayed things. The car has the Buick 350/4bbl, so it's all Buick. With only 90K on the clock, it runs pretty well and is amazingly tight for a 32 year old car. No rattles, loose suspension or other things I would expect. It has a rear main seal leak which appears to have been leaking for awhile so the undercarriage is nicely coated in rust inhibiting oil I'll repair the seal then clean the undercarriage to bring it up to snuf. Really, it just needs that rear main repair and a good cleaning inside (outside is done), and a couple of spot repairs to the woodgrain to be really nice. I'll post some more pics once I get a bit more work done.
Did you happen to be driving in Vancouver, around 1st and Main, on June 5th? If so, as my wife and I were riding in with friends, we saw you and she pointed the car out and noted how nice it was. If not, you have a twin. Nice cars, yours looks very nice.

Sorry, this one didn't arrive in Vancouver until June 9, so it wasn't me... I guess I'll have to keep my eyes open for the twin!
