    Hey guys, cool forum!

I've got a 67 econoline project in progress and my wife has scored a good job in the city so we're moving from a small town back to Vancouver (New Westminster to be exact).

I have to sell all my redneck country vehicles and I need a commuter car to get to my new job, I play upright bass and need to get it to jams too.

I can't think of a better car than a 60's wagon, and when my van is done I'll have both, talk about farting in silk! :D

I'm partial to falcon/comets and I think the good mileage is important for a daily driver, I'm not sure what I'm gonna have to spend to get a rough but reliable car so any input would be appreciated.

    Cheers, glad to be here!

    Welcome to the forum, Roddy.

Man, what is about the Northwest and Falcons / Comets? Lots of fans / collectors up here....

I was even trolling the internet the other day and came across a Falcon / Comet-specific wrecking yard in Portland - but you guys probably already knew about it, eh?

Welcome Roddy. I worked there for a few years in New Westminster. Long commute to downtown Van. Good luck with the search in Rev's yard. :rofl2:

Ha ha, the famous Rev from the FBB. Your wagon collection seems to come up a lot over there, you must be an addict. ;)

I'm commuting from New West to Cloverdale starting March 15th, unlike my van I have to find something running because I leave here on the 12th!

Do you have anything for sale Rev, or any leads? I'm on a time crunch but I just don't want to end up with some 90's mini-van so I'm looking high and low from up here.
