It's also "missing" the 460, although by '77 the 400 had regained enough power and torque to make it a more than tolerable powerplant even for a car of this size. It does have the Landau Luxury Group, which makes it nearly as plush as an LTD could be that year, but it appears the original owner chose the supersoft vinyl over the leather seats. Good choice, as the vinyl is nearly as nice as the leather but is much more durable and easier to care for. Sadly, it does lack the quad tape player, so no "Hotel California" in the '70s' version of surround sound. The engine bay photo is of the wrong side to show if this car has the 4 wheel disc brakes. Considering today's prices, it will surprise me if this doesn't top $10K
Wow. That’s pretty good money considering condition. It’s gonna take a few bucks to bring it up to snuff, but as ctrysquire pointed out. It is pretty nicely optioned and has a lot going for it. Good luck to the buyer, but I bet he’ll be in another 5-10 before he’s done.
