My favorite would be a ‘72, but man this is a close second. If this were west of the Mississippi I would be running off to look at this thing. Especially in light of what these years of Fleetwoods are bringing. I think anything south of $15 to $20 on this car is an absolute steal.

As much as I like Cadillacs, Lincoln to me has always been a superior aesthetically pleasing car to me. And this car is gorgeous.

Need a permit from the harbor master to park at the grocery store though...

Certainly doesn't show 130,000 miles of wear, so those 30k on the odometer must be all its seen.... nice!

I was going to ask what the difference was between a 'Continental' and a 'Town Car'........ This one's BOTH!

In the early Town Cars series it was the Continental with a special interior treatment, and it’s own designation. Most notably the door panels with the wood trim on the leading edge. The seating patterns were also more luxurious. Think by 1977 every Continental was a Town Car or Coupe.

Not really ElB - have you noticed the size of the newer pickups and combovers lately? At least experienced car lovers like us wouldn't need a camera to help us park this, whereas the newer iron you actually do because of the smallish side windows and crappy view out of the back.

Off the top of my head, I think the only old car that'd give us problems would be a 67-71 T-bird Landau coupe - now those things really have blind spots....

I love both brands, but I have to say, even with some of the brocades Lincoln used I had always thought in general the Lincoln was more understated and tasteful, which is saying something for ‘70’s cars.
