Pretty sure you've got some schutzhund clubs in your area. AKC obedience clubs are everywhere. Herding clubs, not sure but not all that uncommon if you look.
Like wagons or anything else, it's all out there. just a matter of looking.

(Thunder) Rumbling Thunder of Von Behr - BH, SCH I, SCH II, SCH III, CD, CDX, HT, TT, CGC and counting
(Trooper) Trooper von Hunn - TT, CGC and counting.

My problem is is King is almost 3 years old and spoiled rotten. I need a diferent kind of training for him and all are too expensive and use the excuse he is too old.

They are NEVER to old. I went to my first dog training class in the early 60s. Times have changed and technics have changed.
Mu older dog has a $#!+ load of titles and has never had a physical correction. He's from serious Czech working lines also, so the method isn't just for house pets. His herding started just this spring and he going to be 6 in January. You can have the dog tested for herding instincts.
Not all dogs/handlers can train with this method but there are lots of variants of it. Does your dog have a lot of drive for treats or a toy? That's key to training.
Look up marker training/clicker training in you area. Stay away from petsmart, etc type trainers. Most are idiots.

Oh Rev, you should see all the retro sh!t I got. Remember the sets of flying ducks that people had on their walls in the 50's and 60's, or the big console radio's from the 50's with the fold out radio dial, and flip down record player, the nearly open cage 50's fans, the old barometer, thermometer setups, an old box fan from the 50's, 2 chairs, a beige one from the 50's with an ottoman and a 1979 Buick Green one, a bedroom set from 1956 (blonde wood), 2 console tv's (getting a third and 2 more chairs from the 70's. 16 Rotary phones, just to name some of my goodies.
