1985 Cadillac Eldorado Touring Coupe for sale on BaT Auctions - ending May 3 (Lot #47,261) | Bring a Trailer
Bid to $5100.00 when I wrote this, I am surprised it is that high already, the car has many small items both interior and exterior either broken or in need of repair. and White letter tires on a Caddy? But it is rare color combo and seldom seen model. But the styling of this generation of Eldorado never did anything for me. And I was less than impressed with the performance of the little V8 & the transaxle combo of these cars. I had a elderly neighbor who owned one of these Eldo's, and a sister that had a 85 Riviera T-type. I actually enjoyed driving the Buick version much better!
The fuel injected turbo 3.8 V6 in the 85 Riv T Type would be the far superior engine. I drove one once and what a pleasure and begged my Dad to buy it. He would not and bought an 85 Riv with the 307 V8 - could barely get out of its own way.
The 4100 motor is one of those "avoid at all costs" motors, so regardless of color combo I would not want the car.
