Oh, no kidding! That's wonderful! And here I was, thinking you had some bug on the car the camera used to track!
Haha! No. But what’s funny is when I am editing I stand there in the middle of the room and I spin in place to keep the image focused on what I want to see! I must look pretty ridiculous spinning and holding my phone while I edit! I should probably use a spinny chair.
Out of commission again. Polyurethane control arm bushings and possibly fabrication to accommodate the mustang fuel tank.
Yes. I have a lot of plans... time and money. This was a $500 station wagon I bought off of a used car lot 10 years ago. I guess everybody needs a hobby.
I think I have 2 pairs of Harbor Freight jack stands. I’m pretty sure they are black and they are under the mustang right now. The mustang is the parts car that I am getting the dash, console and wiring from.
I think you guys may be right about the jack stands under the Daddywagon. Once the suspension is done I will have to replace them to do the clutch.
Time to do the clutch? Wow, man. Did you put on a new clutch set when you did the engine and subframe swap?
Haha! Actually... no. I took the clutch that was on the mustang 302 and transferred it on to the new 351W flywheel. But I did get 2 yesrs of harsh driving out of it.
Well, then, that's a win. The most I ever got out of the clutch in the Fairmont Mom and Dad gave me was about a year, and 10K miles, before I let my bro have it.
There are three specific part numbers recalled: https://images.harborfreight.com/hftweb/recalls/Jack-Stand-Recall-56371_61196_61197.pdf I have about 6-8 pairs of jackstands, mostly from HF. I have three sets of gray 3-ton stands, only one pair was an affected part number (which has now been turned in). I would check the numbers before doing any more work under that car.
