Would a car without the wood paneling ever come from the factory with a roof rack including the wood? Maybe it was an option? Maybe they ALL had wooden vinyl stickers??? If it wasn’t on the car I’m not sure I want it on the roof rack...so for that I’m knocking $20 the price

I wouldn't go ruffling the guy's feathers. You never know how many volts he has behind those wheelwell antennas of his

Not looking down on those curb feelers as they did protect the turbine wheels. Maybe some juvenile delinquent lifted the suicide knob off the steering wheel along the way.

I had an 86 cutlass with wheel covers that I thought justified curb feelers... I think they look cool on some applications

I've installed curb feelers on, I think, exactly ONE vehicle - my first. After that, I figured I was 'OK' enough at parallel parking that I didn't need them to protect my wheels. Probably only scraped one or two wheels in all these years. Curb feelers were really meant as protection against damaging wheel COVERS, which stuck out beyond the wheel outer edge enough to smack the curb when you got close.

In certain circles, they were misunderstood as devices meant for summoning hookers
