    Just don't roll it over.
This panel will somehow need to get patched, as well as the front fender:

Unfortunatly with that much rust on the front fenders it would shock me if the underside and rear 1/4's are not rotted out to match. I would be afraid to pull off the lower rocker trim.

Te top and interior are very nice though

Talk about a money pit. You can put the top down and just start shoveling money into it...

As if it was stored in a salt mine, instead of in a garage as claimed.

Yes, but restoring this barge of sunshine transport would be soooooo worth it.

Absolutely....... what he said! Especially if you can do some things yourself.

One heck of a cruiser. Jeez, there aren't that many that are left. And the ones that are - they're in Europe!

Yeah, Swedes never come over without their magnets. This one is defenitely going to need a frame-off job.

It looks like it was used year round for the first few years of its life, picked up just enough road salt to do the damage. The rust is what a 3 to 4 year old rust belt car of the era looked like. But the under hood shot does not show the same level of corrosion, interesting. The air cleaner paint would usually be rusted mostly off also.

It may have been stored inside on a dirt floor?

At any rate, it needs a full inspection, and the lack of rust up top is a Godsend. Funnily enough, I have a front turn signal lens, and maybe still have a coolant temp sender (both NOS, in original boxes). So if someone on this board bought it, I'd make them a screamin' deal.
