Just picked this beauty up over the weekend. 318, automatic. Not bad for a 50 year old car that was a daily driver. The young guy I bought it from couldn't get it to run right. I'm guessing he didn't know anything about point type ignition. I'll get it going this week and hopefully go cruising in it this weekend!
I go by Streetrebel. I'm from southern Missouri. I'm retired production worker. And I have a couple other Mopars. But I like all of them. I'm just a car nut!
Welcome aboard Streetrebel. Looks like a great car you got there. What are your long term plans for it?
Well ,it will have to be a rat rod for now. But I'll still put new floors in it and clean up the interior. Just make it a good driver for now. I like to tinker with them and sell them. But I'm thinking of keeping this one and using it to tow my Pro Street 68 GTX.
You know we would enjoy seeing pics of your other cars too. This one does look like a keeper. Welcome aboard.
My other 2 cars. I've had the 67 Belvedere for over 20 years. I sold the GTX almost 20 years ago. But I bought it back about 3 years ago. Put a new engine in it and a 8/71 Blower.
Welcome! Three cars ago, I had a '69 Belvedere wagon, 383. I have a pair of NOS tail light assemblies and a NOS tail gate window crank for sale for a '69 Belvedere wagon, if you, or someone you know, might be interested. My current wagons are a 1962 Savoy Suburban, 440-4spd. and a '05 Magnum R/T.
