That’s a great price! I think people, myself included sometimes get hung up on price vs value. Obviously if you look on this site there is a ‘76 Colony Park for $9,900 that is a mess. Certainly versus the car you just bought. Then when you take what you paid for that car, you have enough cushion to do what’s needed. The other fact of the matter is that I don’t concentrate on what I paid for the car, cause I’m not a flipper. That doesn’t say you can’t be cognizant of overpaying for a toilet, and sinking a ton of money in it. Again certainly not the case with this car. You have a good one on your hands. Most of the cars I own are gonna be in my estate sale. The bottom line is if you’re happy with what you paid, and you have a goood foundation it’s a win win. Also I’m not selling cars, but I would like to think we’re buying appreciating assets. As far as creating a new thread I recently created one on a 1938 Buick I recently purchased, but don’t remember exactly how I did it. Don’t worry. There will be plenty of ole timers on here that can help you get that started. It’s well worth it. Good luck with everything, and enjoy that wagon for a long time.

I absolutely will. It should be here early next week. I'm so nervous, I feel like an expectant father!

Sadly, I'll have to sell my '92 Cadillac Seville to make room. I inherited it from my aunt several years ago, and it only has 67,000 miles. Oh, well...out with the old, and in with the older!

Welcome WoodyGoody and let me add my congratulations on buying that beauty. Our Safari may be blue but love that green.
