Showing my 1967 Buick Sportwagon 400 GS400 Tribute at Summit Racing in Arlington, TX. Submitted the form 6 months ago to show it and they called about a month ago and said they wanted it on the turntable for the month of February. I took it to the retail center on Feb 1 and loaded it on the turntable.

Car is fully loaded with almost every option available in 1967. Car had a correct 340 v8 when I got it 4 years ago but it was not the original engine and was tired. Car had just been stripped to bare metal, no rust, and repainted in PPG black. It is a factory black on black car.

I purchased a correct dated 1967 400 v8 and T-400 trans and had them rebuilt, then installed them in the wagon, added a GS400 hood and grill, red pin stripes, 15" chrome Buick rallys and red stripe radial tires. Re-did the interior completely including removing all seats and folding hardware since it is a 3 seat car. Blasted and repainted all hardware and then re-installed the three seats.

Love the car , especially the GS400 engine with a mild Crower cam, get thumbs up everywhere I go.. Took it to the Buick Club of America national meet in July 2017 in Wisconsin and folks could not get enough of it on the show field. Won an award but the enjoyment is sharing it with folks.

Love It ! That's one sweet @$$ Longroof! Would love to see it in person but unfortunately I live in western NY. I really dig those "vista" roofs.(I own one myself) You got some pictures of the interior also?....Longroofs Rule!

Very cool. That's better than any car show trophy. A couple of years ago I was at a Good Guys show in Pleasanton, CA. A couple of guys from American Racing came by and asked if I would like to display my black 66 Nova in their vendors booth since I run American wheels. ABSOLUTELY!!!!
