I have only seen 1 of these on the road in my life, I was always undecided about the added on syling on this model. I also think the seller is confused by the odd linear style dash tach these cars have. The seller states it has a "Rare RPM style Tach" I don't know of any other style Tach? I reminds me of when I joke with my Canadian Car friends when they say something like it revs to 8000rpm & I ask ok that's metric what does it rev to in SAE? Nice looking example though, I don't know if there is a Buyer out there to pay the $11,995.00 he is asking, but I don't think you will find a better example out there. https://swmi.craigslist.org/cto/d/rare-celebrity-euro-vr/6758463154.html
At least it isn't the 87 Model with the contrasting Color Interior, below is the best picture I could find and it doesn't really do the over the top look justice.
The one I remember was White, must have been an 87 because I remember the interior it was exactly like these pictures with the red carpeting. This shot you can make out the Maroon dash pad around just the instruments. It probably would look better to me with a red exterior. But on the white car, and all the contrasting colors that don't seem to match was just way over the top.
The first GM A-body I rode in was a Celebrity wagon, blue/blue, a guv'mint car, so no frills on that airline. My ship's shore detachment had to pick me up from when I completed Basic Electricity/Electronics school, and I had ridden in a friend's Tempo, totally cramped; This Celebrity wagon was very comfortable.
The Eurosport VR was also available as a wagon. (Good luck finding one now, though......) It would probably be easier to find a Pontiac 6000 S/E wagon......
You couldn't find a Eurosport VR when they were new! I think Chevy buyers were still in 'cheap' mode back then.
