Wow. States, counties and municipalities sure aren't keeping vehicles for as long as they used to. I wouldn't mind the blue '09 Exploder.
The city of Everett has an early '70s Chebby Step-Van, ugly faded dark green, for some purpose, and I never see it trucked out like all the others that the city has cycled through.
Well, I guess that rules out plenty of eligible voters. Doesen't it? There are certainly going to be dumb bidders showing up, to make it all expensive for everyone, as usual. What'll be interesting to know is how many of those vehicles are of the no-smog types
I think, just the cycles and boats. Unless you're referring to vehicles that won't pass a smog inspection, as all 'official' vehicles built must be 50-state compliant.
I meant, vehicles once used by authorities like the Bureau for Tobacco, Alcohol and Firearms of which one such vehicle was posted here for auction, not long ago, specifically as a "No Smog" vehicle, exempt from having emission control devices installed and originally titled accordingly
You get to 'live' for free, but if you want to eat, sleep, drive, or cr@p, you've got to pay for it......
We have both laws in GA and I support them 100%. And I've ridden bikes for 40yrs. Never without a full face helmet.
