Loaded with 29k miles for $5900. I would think this beauty will sell quickly. Looks like a great driver. https://boston.craigslist.org/bmw/cto/d/1979-mercury-grand-marquis/6564913619.html
Beautiful car. I thought it interesting that the front end design is not all that different from the '78 Toronado. Not an exact match, for sure, but similar in many respects (general rectangular shape, quad headlamps side-by-side with indicator lights on the ends of the fender, vertical grille bars, bumper guard placement and bulge in center of front bumper, bumper rub strip, hood ornament, air intakes under the bumper either side of the license plate, placement of the "Mercury" and "Oldsmobile" scripts).
There is, and even though it's red (I prefer blue), I could live with it, as it's a 2-door, which would make getting in and out a bit easier.
I'm shocked this Marquis is still available. I'd bet it would have gone very fast if offered down south where I am.
Why has this not sold? A very nice looking driver if nothing else. Is the Maine location the problem? I think it would go fast in my neck of the woods. https://boston.craigslist.org/bmw/cto/d/1979-mercury-grand-marquis/6648653693.html
