You cant tell? It's a mile away but it looks like there's no window crank, and unless that chrome panel is dead that's where the switches are... does have air conditioning, am fm radio, and remote passenger rear view mirror...
Maybe someone will ask or make the picture the size of a poster, but I bet my money since it's got a lot of other high dollar brougham options it's probably got power windows... I do agree though that the pics could have been better... Maybe the seller dosent mention it or take pictures of it because those options are pretty standard now? Maybe he's just... the common clay... the salt of the earth... you know... morons.
