The last year for this venerable Olds model. https://annarbor.craigslist.org/cto/d/1992-olds-toronado-trofeo/6295400434.html
Beautiful car. I remember back in the mid 90s during my late high school and college years what I would have given for one of these cars. I had honestly forgotten about them. Now that I see this one, I can see why I wanted one so bad. Damn you for sharing this post, now I want one again . What a beautiful car
Its only about 1/2 hour away from me, so if anyone wants eye balls on it I could probably arrange it. They are nice cars, but the electronic's on these models always scared me for long term ownership. At least this one does not seem to have the trouble prone digital dash.
Yeah, GM didn't have all the bugs worked out, even by then. But as a 2+2 sport coupe, it definitely had real style in a time of cornball econoboxes.
Can still be yours for $4400. https://jxn.craigslist.org/cto/d/1992-olds-toronado-trofeo/6295366560.html
Very cheap alternative looks good except seats, which probably could be brought back pretty well with leather conditioner. https://providence.craigslist.org/cto/d/1991-oldsmobile-toronado/6323140035.html'
I'd like to know what's under the hood. Did these come with a supercharged 3.8L, or did GM just stick with the 3100/3400?
Another cheapo at $1200. Needs paint but seats look good. https://janesville.craigslist.org/cto/d/1992-olds-toronado/6337937568.html
