    Hi,
I just purchased a 1976 LTD. It needs a lot of work so I'm sure I'll be asking plenty of questions!
The previous owner bought it just to run in the Lemons rally so they abused it for about 3000 miles. Luckily it survived without any mechanical failures.

Holy moley.....cool car. I like the leMons sticker. I had to google that. Sounds neat. So if the car costs less than 500 to enter the race, what you get it for?? 500 or less for anything running and driving is a steal!!! Congratulations! The body looks pretty good too. It's not horribly wrecked. You've save another one!!! Can't wait to see what she looks like cleaned up! Poor thing... hey did you get those c.d.'s I sent you?

Well I didn't get it for $500 or less, but it wasn't a whole lot more than that.

I saw your vehicle in Mt. Jackson VA about a month ago maybe? I thought the nuts underneath were hilarious. I have a very similar wagon to yours. Mines a 1985 Ford LTD Crown Victoria Wagon. Lots of people think it's a hearse to be honest haha. But I love my wagon. I wouldn't trade it. Ever.

You must have seen it when the previous owner was running it in the Lemons rally. They drove from Pa to Alabama I believe. I have since removed the lettering and other "accessories", haha. I love the old beast. My goal is to paint it bright red. If I can get the motivation to do body work. Yuck.

Haha yeah I think I did. But yeah body work sucks. I need to do some on my vehicle too haha. But mine involves cutting and replacing.
