Snowbird car?
The car really needs whitewalls, looks like a truck with blackwalls.
Leather or cloth interior?

There were 4347 (not 4374) made and of those 3113 had the 350 option, so not very rare at all.
The camel interior is sort of rare, cloth is the rarest with 113 cars equipped that way and 308 with the camel leather interior.

 

It looks like it has steelies and whitewalls on the side he did not take pictures of. At least the rear driver's tire appears to be that way.
