    Tim,
    The 700-R4 is a Chevy only bolt pattern, which might be a problem. However I believe they make a BOP adapter plate.
    Check Summit or Jeg's.

    ModelT is right about the car running at an almost idle with the 2.73 gear and OD.

    I'll find a way to make it work, I heard something about the torque converter, or maybe tcc might be bad and causing my problem?

    hello from the other side of florida. I MIGHT HAVE A TRANS AT A FRIENDS HOUSE NEAR OCALA . IT WOULD BE FROM A 1993 OLDS WAGON WITH A V8 would that work? sorry bout the caps hit the button by accident

    What ever you do make sure the trans cable is adjusted right and you get an electric torque converter kick in switch.

    I have no idea haha and what is the eletric converter switch kick in do? Im tempted to go with a no lock up converter and just make everything easier haha of course have a trans temp gauge!
