I've got a 65 Falcon Futura wagon. It's my second Falcon wagon and 4th wagon over the years. The car has been restored and is a driver...we've owned it for about 4 months and put 2500 highway miles on it. I'm just outside Richmond, Virginia.
Let me be the first to you to SWF. Please, feel free to post pictures of your wagons, past and present. It sounds like your enjoying you Falcon.
Thanks, Fannie. The blue wagon is our old (and first) Falcon wagon. The picture is along the Gulf of Mexico at Cruisin the Coast 2014. The green wagon is our current driver...restored stock except 69 Mercury paint and custom cloth interior that mimics the factory vinyl pattern. I drove the car from St Augustine to Richmond when I bought it and recently took it from Richmond to Pensacola and back to a Falcon show. We're taking it to Orange Beach, AL in a few weeks...love the working AC.
Welcome to the community. I wasn't a big Falcon fan until my Father-in-law began restoring his 63 Falcon Ranchero. I have really grown to appreciate these little cars. Yours looks like a very nice example.
Wow! Beautiful wagon! back when I was a young driver, I was looking at V8 Falcon wagon, but never found the right one...... Welcome to the forum. Marshall
Welcome. Love the signs in your Falcon photo. I'm glad you enjoy driving your wagons. Nice photos and wagons.
Great looking Fairlane wagon. I had a 66 Fairlane GT while I was in college so I'm partial to Fairlanes, too.
Thanks mate, I love my wagon. I was originally in the market for a locally made wagon, but this has just the right amount of 'uncommonness'
