1985 Buick Riviera T Type

Just over 1000 (out of 62k total) of these turbo T Type Rivs built in their last year (as turbos) for 1985. Looks like a potential find.

Not a bad looking car, but of his 8 photos, none are of the front end. We cannot see the grille, bumper, headlights, or this windshield that needs to be replaced. Any decent car ad should show all sides of the car. He does show the engine, and that does look pretty clean.

 

I like! And the fact it does not have the halo vinyl top is a big plus. That dark green/turquoise is a beautiful color when it's buffed out.

 

I like it! No 1/2 Vinyl top, unusual color combo, is the 85 a FI engine? I have learned to avoid the Suck thru Carb'd versions of the Buck V-6. The FI versions are soooo much better!

 

According to the picture it has DIS and a MAF sensor so I would assume this is MPFI.

 

The 1984-85 Riv T Types are said to be the ones to get - the only years with seq. MPFI.
