As we were attending the school Christmas concert.

I was sitting on the bench with the family and thanks to my red jacket and non beer belly, and now that my beard is mostly white and the goatee is getting longer, this little girl must have thought i was santa caose she had that big eyed look and was looking many times .

    could have happened.

That happened to Dad down in Mexico; when the little girl's question was translated for him and Mom, they both laughed heartily, but, alas, Dad had to tell her no.

If the picture is from the same night, and the little girl you mentioned could read, she likely saw your last name and being an astute little one put two and two together. You were Santa, AKA St. Nicholas, stopping by a Christmas celebration incognito.

Chuckles were made at a candy factory in Danville, IL. The package contained several flavors. I know the factory closed, so I don't know if they are still available or not. I haven't had a Chuckle in decades.

As an aside, I worked in an aerosol filling plant when I was in college. They were contract fillers for Kroil, spray starch, and several brands of hair spray. Each nite, all the reject cans were next to the time clock and we could take as many as we wanted. Bouffant hairdos were all the rage back then and I sure had lots of girl friends for a couple of years.

Tell us the rest OldFox. You had the biggest hair of all the guys on the assembly line.:stirthepot:

Seems like we bought Chuckles at the movie theater when we were kids.

Actually, I had a flat top with fenders back then. For you youngsters, that's a flat top with a DA on the sides.

I was on yahoo yesterday and there was something about "Chuckles" but I couldn't download it. I still laughed since I hadn't heard them mentioned for years.

OldFox I was still confused. I thought you were talking about your guitar this time. "had a flat top with fenders back then.":rofl2:

Chuckles are still available up here. I saw them at our local c0-0p gas station last week.
